Delivery & Packaging Information

We are committed to getting your goodies to you in the quickest time and best possible condition – all orders are shipped FedEx Next Day and standard mainland UK delivery is FREE on all orders over £35.  We deliver to the mainland UK, Northern Ireland & Channel Islands. See Delivery Costs for details of other delivery charges. We ship chilled and frozen products to you in special temperature controlled packaging. This packaging is FREE on all orders over £35 (otherwise £2.50).

Order Dispatch

When you have placed your order you will receive an email confirming your purchase. If you have a delivery date request, pop this in the 'Additional Information' box on the checkout page and we will do our very best to fulfill your request.It is also a good idea to put it on the feedback form as well so we don't miss it!

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. During peak times this may not be possible. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 72 hours for any reason we will, of course, contact you to discuss alternatives. If suitable alternatives cannot be made we will arrange a full refund. We do not dispatch on a Friday unless you have asked for Saturday delivery.

Timed Deliveries

If you would like to upgrade to a timed or Saturday delivery, you can do this at the checkout. Fedex operate several time bound delivery schedules, for which there are additional charges. Please see below for details of the pricing structure. It is not possible to offer a timed service to the Scottish Highlands & islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Isles of Scilly.

Delivery Costs

Chilled and Frozen products require special packaging to ensure that the goods reach you in the best possible condition and are subject to a £2.50 packing charge which is dropped if the order value is over £35. Why not club together with a neighbour or a friend and pool your order and take advantage of free delivery.

There is FREE DELIVERY for orders over £35 to mainland UK, standard 9am-5pm. 

Orders under £35 are as follows:

England, Wales and Scotland (Not including Scottish Highlands and Islands): STANDARD 9am-5pm: £5.50
England, Wales and Scotland (Not including Scottish Highlands and Islands): BEFORE MIDDAY: £10.50
For Scottish Highlands and islands, Channel Islands STANDARD 9AM-5PM: £15.50
For Isle of Man, Northern Island & Republic of Ireland STANDARD 9AM-5PM: £18.95

Saturday delivery  - £12 supplement. This is a direct cost charged to us from Fedex.

For all orders over £35, standard delivery is deducted from your total delivery cost and only the surcharges are payable.
